  Don’t go to this store!!! Sales person has bead attitude and played us around. My sister bought a mattress at this location. First, they don’t give us free delivery as usual, they said we had a rush order. So I understand. And they booked us to pick up the mattress at this local on October 1st. They promised us we can 100% pick up the mattress on this date. So we booked the elevator at condo and booked the mover and rent the truck for October 1st. However, this morning when we call the store. They told us the mattress is not in the store!!! What we can do is to pick up by ourselves at warehouse which is 37 km far from this store. We called, we complaint to the sales. He had a bad attitude on the phone with me and my sister. He said it was not a big deal to pick up at warehouse even though he promised us the mattress would be in the store when we purchased it. So we had to pay extra $100 to our mover and spent one more hour to drive all the way to the warehouse. What’s more ridiculous is that HE CALLED US WHEN WE WERE AT WAREHOUSE SAID THAT THE MATTRESS IS AT THEIR STORE NOW!!!!!! I just can’t believe all this. PLEASE TAKE MY ADIVCE, NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE!!!
